This attractive and historic building was once an important part of the original Gunpowder Works, known as The Cooperage.  Here barrels were made for transporting the gunpowder out of the site and to its destination.  

Now you can use the building to learn all about the gunpowder making process and to reflect on the wildlife that you see. There are toilets and a classroom available for events.
